As the conference draws closer we will provide some practical information.

Please follow this link for information on how to get to Lund University:


Lund is a small city with Malmö only 20 minutes away. Therefore any hotel in the Lund and Malmö area are close to the venue. There are a number of hotels in Lund that are conveniently located within walking distance to the conference.

We have arranged a special conference rate for a limited number of rooms at the Hotel Lundia, which is walking distance from the conference and is very centrally located in the town of Lund near the train station. Details are as follows:

Please note that the Lundia may not be the cheapest option for accommodation, so you may wish to check the rates at one of the hotels listed below, which are also within walking distance from the conference.

There are a number of other hotels in Lund that are also within walking distance to the conference, though a bit further away.

There is also a wide range of accommodation available in nearby Malmö, which is about 20 minutes by train from Lund. If staying in Malmö, we encourage you to find accommodation within walking distance from one of the two main train stations there: Malmö Central or Triangeln Station. One hotel that we recommend that has studio apartment-style rooms and is very centrally located is The More Hotel, which is located in an old chocolate factory:
